Looks great I got very similar truck except Chevy and the factory 22s which I want to keep...looks like you stayed with the factory uca? Also what did you end up doing in the rear just blocks? Or did you add a leaf?

Articulating Running Boards Retrofit - How To
Tleesmith14 replied to pgamboa's topic in Modifications & Accessories
The dash switch part # I used was 23180146. I don't know if you need this or not. I couldn't get mine to work until I installed then they worked no problem. The switch part number 23180146 however is a fully loaded switch. It has traction control hill braking cargo/bed lights, pedal mover, parking sensors, and lane keep, and the bars. I don't know if there is an option with ones that only you maybe looking for with an LT vs LTZ which I have. The nut/nutsert are available at autozone I believe 8mm but could be wrong. On the harness I made my own following phils diagrams wasn't the easiest wiring job I have every done but it is doable. -
Rough Country 3.5 Knuckle Lift Kit
Tleesmith14 replied to Instructor31's topic in Modifications & Accessories
Looks good and this is a kit I am very interested in getting..what size tire did you go with? Did the 1/4 spacer keep all 4 tires in the same track or do the fronts stuck way out like you see with alot of the chevys? You say ride quality nothing out of the ordinary how does it compare to stock? Does your truck sag much when towing? -
Good deal that’s what I was thinking when I selected no hud. Thanks!

OEM Off-Road Light Switch Install
Tleesmith14 replied to TinkeringFox's topic in Modifications & Accessories
Yes I always keep mine in the auto setting. Just it seems that in order for orl to be able to come on the headlamp must be lite whether it’s auto or manual either way on mine allows the orl to come on in all gears Including park- 473 replies

Got notification of mine being shipped Friday, I chose no hud but I was just thinking shit I do have the red warning lights that flash if the truck thinks I need to brake. Is this still gonna work or did I mess up?

OEM Off-Road Light Switch Install
Tleesmith14 replied to TinkeringFox's topic in Modifications & Accessories
Seems that you only have to have the headlights on. Tonight mine works fine in all gears including park. Just the headlights have to be on which I’m totally fine with- 473 replies

Damn that’s some crap about not working in park. I can understand the other lights coming on but why not allow it to come on in park? Wonder if you can set the parking brake and trick it?- 473 replies

Articulating Running Boards Retrofit - How To
Tleesmith14 replied to pgamboa's topic in Modifications & Accessories
I ended up finding my set on eBay. Was a company so I contacted them outside of eBay and worked a deal. If you setup a saved search on eBay with the part number it will notify you anytime one pops up. Like Phil said watch Craig list or the for sale forum here. It took me about 2 months to find a set that 1 were brand new and 2 were in the price range I was willing to spend. Of course you could purchase from the dealer or online parts place but be prepared to pay out the ass! -
Trifecta Performance reviews
Tleesmith14 replied to Rich7930's topic in 2014-2018 Silverado 1500 & Sierra 1500
@Pearl2017 Which level of tune did you choose from Trifecta? I see they have 3 levels Advantage, Advantage +, and Elite..I was already leaning towards them for our 2.0L Turbo Malibu but since it seems they got the 8 speed tranny figured out may have to get one for the 6.2 truck I have too -
Articulating Running Boards Retrofit - How To
Tleesmith14 replied to pgamboa's topic in Modifications & Accessories
Thanks Man. Without PGamboa what would I do lol? Yea so on the lights I got them on amazon. (see link below these are pure white that match both the handles and the puddle lamps not that crappy purple/blue stuff) I have had them on my wifes Malibu for 3 months with no problems. They have 3M tape on the bottom. I cleaned with rubbing alcohol first then applied 3M tape primer before placing them. I placed them on the rocker panels directed against the lip they fit perfect between the lip and the black plastic covers. They have the power for them running off the puddle lamp wire inside the cab same as I wired up my door handles. I also have a diode that I placed in the bcm from the interior dome lights to the puddle lamps so now anytime the dome lights come on whether you push the button or unlock the truck open the door etc they all come on. Pretty simple concept just have an inline fuse running to them the puddle lamp circuit seems to have plenty of power.
