  1. I mounted an LED strip above the running boards per wifes request. They come on when hit unlock button or open doors. I stuck a long screwdriver through the grommet and attached wire then pulled it through then tapped into dome lights. Overall easy mod and pleased how bright they are and wife is happy now that she can see where she is stepping. Sent from my LG-M430 using Tapatalk
  2. Running board lights

Installed led strip to light up steps when doors open and unlocked. Very easy install and wife was very happy with them Sent from my LG-M430 using Tapatalk
  3. Bull bar and lighting

Tapped into the dome light in the wire harness under the dash. In my 2017 silverado it is a gray wire that i used. Very easy install Sent from my LG-M430 using Tapatalk
  4. Bull bar and lighting

Amazon. They are designed to be in truck bed but i cut off switch and wired into dome lights. Sent from my LG-M430 using Tapatalk
  5. Added Westin 3.5" Contour bull bar with 30" curved les light bar. Also added led light strips to light up the step areas around the doors. Wife wanted some light to see where to step. Wired into dome light circuit so they come on when unlocked and doors open. Sent from my LG-M430 using Tapatalk
  6. Thanks guys. I see that amazon has them for 105$. For the rigid lifetime warranty does amazon work under that as a dealer? Do the lights come with a template for mounting? What size hole saw is needed? Sent from my LG-M430 using Tapatalk
  7. New to this forum. I just bought a 2017 silverado 1500 and was thinking about doing this to rear bumper. Any place out there with a decent price on these lights? Does it have to be installed by a rigid dealer for it to be covered under warranty? Sent from my LG-M430 using Tapatalk
