    Thanks, my Bluetooth works fine but the center console usb is my Apple CarPlay connection point.

    My apple CarPlay USB ports in my center console stopped working. I get a message: to use this gray, connect supported device to USB. My ports have been working. I have tried everything but change the ports out.

    GM has changed the black-brown data cable part # from 19303285 to 84022323. This is the one that drives the USB connections inside of the floor console for those who do not have this information.
