  1. Nope, just the stock mirrors with the chrome covers wrapped in black.
  2. I’m only at 3k so far. Was a little worried at first, but got the tire pressure correct, spun the tires when I got my new rims, and also rotated them. Really happy now. They are wearing great. It’s crazy what low tire pressure can do to these things. Also think I was towed in a little, even after 2 trips to get it aligned. All seems good now. They are so damn sexy, if they hold up I’ll be a fan for life.
  3. Bilsteins set at the highest setting, plus 3” maxtrac spindles. 3” blocks in the rear. 34” Ridge Graps (295/60/R20).
  4. I’m goin in for it today lol
  5. So I was messing with my bed tie downs, and I figured there is no way in the world GM would make them with some kind of backing plate so you could take them on and off. So I unscrewed one. The backing plate fell in to an area of my truck that I believe is equivalent to never never land. Anyone ever done this????
  6. You know, I’m the idiot that never got an original fender height so I really don’t know. But I have bilsteins set at 1.8” and 3” lift knuckles. So basic math would say 4.8” but I know that’s not right. I tell people 4-4.5”. 3” blocks in the back. I have 0 rake, with maybe a 1/2” of reverse rake. So it very well may be 4.75” of lift in the front. I’ll try to pull a hub to fender measurement tonight
  7. Ah ya. I’m still rock in the stock 9” rims. Even if I get aftermarket rims I’m gonna stick with 9”. But honestly, I’m pretty darn happy how the stock 20s look on my set up right now.
  8. I love em. Pretty much perfect. I maybe could have fit 35s but I’m happy with the 34s. I hate the look of trying to squeeze tires.
  9. Got some new shoes installed today. 295/60/R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Hopefully I’ll get some more pics to show it better.
  10. Sorry,. drew the bottom limit dotted line in the wrong place. But you get it.
  11. Hello peeps, I'm trying to figure out the best possible setting for a bilstein that allows for the most movement in the shock. Im re vamping my suspension and would like to keep my almost new billys. I will be adding 3" spindles and new UCA. From what I can figure out, in order to get the best ride and the most movement, I will be moving my billys to the middle setting, adding an upper spacer, and then the new UCA to accommodate the additional downward travel. See diagram below. To me, this is how it all works out witht he 5100s. Lowest settings has no extra down travel, but lots of extra upper travel Middle setting has some extra down and some extra upwards travel Highest setting has no extra upwards travel but lots of extra down travel Seems to me the happiest and most capable position for these shocks is in the middle.
  12. Hey man, doing some research in to lift spindles for my truck. I want some 3" spindles, which ones do you have? I also have 5100s currently on the highest setting. I see you have yours on the lowest setting with the spindles. Did you feel like you needed to do that or was it because of the height you were going for?? Is the ride better at that setting? Thanks man! Would love to see some pics of your truck.

The height i was going for was 3", thats why i lowered the 5100s back to stock height to keep the suspension geometry stock and as confortable as possible.

My truck is 2WD only, lift spindles wont work on 4wd trucks, the front drive shafts wont fit anymore

Im rocking inexpensive eBay spindles, but those only work with cast steel control arms, check yours before buying so they fit.

The ride is good, its like stock, but i have removed the front sway bar to improve off road driving (i dont reccomend removing it uless you are absolutely sure of what youre doing)

All good man! Installed 3” spindles from eBay last week and everything worked out great. I was actually pretty impressed with the quality of them. Running my bilsteins at 1.8” and everything feels great. So much better Than any truck I’ve ever had. Love growing up and learning how to do things the proper way haha.

It’s crazy. The spindles actually made the ride better. I think it’s because they are more heavy duty than the previous spindles. The truck is really plush now and perfect.

      Thanks man!
