I might be an idiot but I cannot seem to understand what I need to do in order to install an aftermarket radio in my truck. I have a 2018 SIerra 2500 Denali which has Bose and bucket seats. The piece of crap is phantom touching and changing radio stations on me and you'd have to be an idiot to put the same piece of crap radio back in the truck again. Obviously GM outsourced the design of that thing to the lowest bidder. I am an electrical design engineer and when I took the screen apart and saw the digitizer with 0 decoupling protection on it I really laughed. What a joke.
Anyways, I want to install a Sony XAV-9500 in my truck. I understand that with Bose it is more complicated, and ANC needs to be disabled. There is a company that makes harnesses that I don't understand but they said I need this one ... https://lljcustoms.com/collections/chevy-gmc-cadillac/products/bose-wirenator-oem-amp-bypass-for-2014-2019

Is this all that I need? Do I need to purchase an amp or something? I am not an audiophile or radio guy so any help is appreciated.
Also ... I usually listen to sirius radio, will this work with the antenna that is already on the truck?
