How does your truck handle the extra rolling mass of the ridge grapplers?

Paint quality is no different from the k2. The problem is the clear coat is so hard, that it chips super easy... even with paint protection film it will still chip but not as noticeable. Stupid epa and water based paints but hey that’s life. I plan on keeping this truck around for a while so I’m gonna do my best to protect it. Up here in the great white north gm covers the paint for the first 60000 km. And will repaint your front bumper once. I don’t know if it’s the same in the USA. I’d go to your dealer and check it out.

Dropped the truck off to get 3m’ed. Hood, fenders, grill, bumpers, headlights, a-pillars, roof line, doors, tailgate and rear bumper. No rock chips for me ?

At4 6.2 satin steel. Every option available. Msrp was 76k cad. Out the door taxes in was 60k

Yup I have a duramax. Best truck I’ve ever owned thus far. We ordered a at4 for our Daily as the duramax is just a little to much truck for when we go to the city, not to mention the regens and fuel consumption when in town. Our last 1500 has a 6.2 and it was a demo. It didn’t have a cc but after 15000km the intake looked like it was 5 years old. I want to make sure I have a cc on before I take delivery this time around.

Not once did I mention any names in this thread. Don’t realize how some people on this forum take things so personal and literary. It’s called a figure of speech. Or is it I’m too old and the young population these days takes everything to heart. I guess I’m just an old grumpy fart.

There is multiple threads and post about different issues that have occurred with the new 2019. Ps I’m not complaining about anything or anyone. All I did was state a simple fact. New model years equal issues and bug. That’s what warranty is for.

Your welcome. Not gonna lie you made me chuckle pretty good today. In all seriousness tho, guys are buying a new model year truck experience some issues come to a forum and rant about issues. It’s a risk you take. I know I’ve been there when I purchased my 2014 and now my 2018 L5P. Life’s too short to bitch and complain about. In the end it’s just a truck and it’s just money, trucks can be replaced and money can be made. Don’t sweat the small stuff. That’s what warranty and the dealers are for. If your not getting the survice or the dealer is dicking you around change dealers. Everyone has that option. If that still not solving issues switch brands. I hope your dealer and everyone else that has a 2019 gets there trucks all solved and taken care of. I didn’t mean to cause any waves.
