  1. I tow an Xventure flatdeck camping trailer. Normally has a 4 seat side by side on it. Weight loaded is approx. 5500lbs. that includes a roof top tent, 22 gal of water on board, a complete galley system, hot and cold running water, ARB 50qt fridge, 2 batteries, etc... BTW Love the General Tire Grabbers and the N-Fab rock sliders, ........Salt flats UT.
  2. These are General Grabber ATx 285 60 20 on the factory 20" wheels. I had them painted black by a professional shop.
  3. It will work perfectly. I just did it. I was only able to secure it with one bracket but its fine. They hook up exactly the same. Just use the instructions from the new sub. It will save you room under your seat as well. I bought the under seat storage container and cut it where the end off. You would never know it didn't come that way. Good Luck !
  4. I think it looks great. It's not just 1" taller tire, it's the overall look of the truck.
  5. https://www.dennisdillongmc.com/VehicleSearchResults?model=Sierra 1500&year=2019 I'm not sure what part of the country you are in, but I flew to Boise ID, bought my AT4 for $11500 off sticker then GM kicked in another $2k bonus and my GM Card was $1500 so total of $15k off sticker. I looked everywhere across the country and couldn't beat that deal. They post their prices online so you don't have to deal with a sales guy until it's time to actually make a deal. They don't negotiate so what you are doing is sorting out the right vehicle for you and logistics. Good luck !
  6. Looks great! How do you like the lift? Did you install or did you have a shop do it?
  7. If that half round section wasn't part of the valve, it would be fine, however, i'm sure it's part of the reason its sounds the way it does.
  8. Save yourself the money on the GM Cat Back System. The restriction is the flapper valves. Each one has a 1.25" restriction when wide open. I have posted the picture of the flapper valve many times on this site. I will post one more time. I cut both off and installed a Magnaflow 12909 and left the resonators because they do not restrict the flow. The entire cost was less than $200 including the labor at the exhaust shop. here is the muffler on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000XQM1LC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The Magnaflow is a straight through muffler, You can hear it on the freeway but after about 400 miles it quiets down.
  9. Yes, i removed both valves. They each have a 1.25" restriction. The aftermarket GM (Borla) exhaust eliminates the valves. I cut both mine off and installed a Magnaflow 12909 and gave it the sound and performance it should have. attached is a picture of the valve in the open position.
  10. I believe they are heavier, i through them in the truck when i got them.... They are a 10 ply tire too, so a lot tougher. The Grabber AT is probably the best tire I've used to date. I've had KO2s and Ridge Grapplers, these are quiet, tough and reasonably priced. In Oregon it was important to have a tire that's good in the sand, snow and highway. The Bridgstones are not bad tires i just didn't like the look.
  11. No rubbing whatsoever. I would seriously consider the General Grabber ..they are rated for snow and are super quiet on the road. I've had both and like the General's MUCH better!!
  12. Stock suspension, stock wheels painted Piano Black, Nfab RKR steps (rock sliders) General Grabber AT's 285-60-20 . The stock running boards are way too thin and bend when they get bumped. The tires are quiet, didn't change my gas mileage and look a lot better than the Bridgestones .
  13. That's pretty funny. That one is for the unsuspecting buyer.
  14. I bought my AT4 at Dennis Dillon in Boise ID. Sticker was 61,980 , after all offers price was 48,670 PLUS GM sent me a coupon for an additional 2k off if I bought a Sierra or a Silverado before Feb 28th. making it $46,670. In addition, GM offers $400 in free accessories if you own a small business. I added a bed mat, extra lighting and black GMC emblems. No tax in Oregon, only license and .5% use tax. So out the door 46,900 or a true 15k off sticker. attached is an example of their deal. I flew into Boise ($110) and drove it 6 hours home. Well worth it in my opinion. https://www.dennisdillongmc.com/VehicleSearchResults?make=GMC&model=Sierra 1500&bodyType=TRUCK&year=2019&limit=24&offset=24
