  1. I ordered the Denali Grille (Part # 85642136 ) and i put it on my SLT. Attached are before and after photos.
  2. I am interested in this as well. If you do it, please post before and after pics.....
  3. I have had the Michelin Defenders on one of my other trucks and they are really good. However, if you have a Costco Membership, you can get the "Michelin - X LT A/S 2". This is by far the best tire I have ever owned for my trucks. Good wet traction and the last set lasted 80,000 miles. Only available at Costco.
  4. GMC Website would not allow me to build an SLT with X31 package and 22 inch wheels. Therefore, i had to purchase SLT with X31 package and standard wheels, then upgrade wheels myself. Original Picture listed first is my truck before any upgrades. Then additional pictures with my additions: - 22 inch Chrome 6-SPLIT-SPOKE F0 wheels from ShopChevyParts.com (Part Number: 84799392) - Volcanic Red Tintcoat Fender Flare Set (GM Part # 85562045) from GMC Accessories wesbite - UnderCover ArmorFlex Bed Cover (Part Number: UDC-AX12022) - BEDRUG XLT Bed MatT (Part Number: RI-XLTBMC19CCMPS )
  5. Will a 2024 Denali grille fit on a 2024 SLT?
  6. What is the best advice on cleaning and maintaining GMC OEM Chrome Wheels? Just soap and water with microfiber cloth?
  7. Looking for a new Tonneau Cover. I had good luck with the Undercover Ultra Flex in the past, other than the top finish faded after several years. Leaning towards the Armor Flex since it has the Linux coating. Anyone have any feedback on the Armor Flex?
  8. I was able to get pictures from a dealership that had both wheels in stock. I have uploaded the pictures. The PartNo 84799392 is on the left below. In person it appears a little more shiny chrome wise. The biggest difference between the wheels is around the lug nut area. The PartNo 84802384 on the right is a little different.
  9. It appears the first link no longer appears [ for Part # 85008812] because there is no inventory. Just prior to Shop Chevy Parts removing it, they were stating inventory would not be available until Jan 31, 2024.
  10. Part # 85008812 [ factory option "SSW" Wheel ] https://www.shopchevyparts.com/wheels/2023-sierra-1500-wheel-chrome-multi-spoke-ssw-single/85008812-p-92324167.html Part # 84799392 [ factory option "SF0" wheel ] https://www.shopchevyparts.com/wheels/2023-sierra-1500-wheel-chrome-split-spoke-sf0-single/84799392-p-92324165.html The SSW Wheel wont be restocked until ~ Jan 2024. I have seen this wheel in person on a truck and I liked it. However, I have not seen the SFO wheel in person. Both of these look really close to being the same. Does anyone know what is really the difference between these two wheels?
  11. Anyone installed painted Front and Rear Fender Flare Set? GMC Accessory website states you can purchase the Front and Rear Fender Flare Set and for $60 more the dealer will install.
  12. I definitely will not be taking the truck off road. I just wanted the SLT with 4WD and I wanted the dual exhaust feature. Only way to get dual exhaust is X31 package. You can order a 4WD ( 4x4 emblem ) with 22 in wheels BUT this does not allow the dual exhaust. If you order an the X31 package, you do get the dual exhaust BUT it removes the 22 in wheels and adds back the 20 in wheels. Of course I have heard some people do not like the X31 Rancho shocks, but that is another story (and mentioned on several other threads).
  13. The GMC Build configurator will not let you build an SLT with 22 inch wheels and add the X31 package. If you add the X31 package, it removes the 22 inch [ 22" 275/50R22 ] wheels and reverts back to the 20 inch wheels. Can I purchase a SLT with X31 package and then I add 22 inch wheels myself? Or is there a technical reason that the 22 inch wheels cannot be added with the X31 package? The only real reason I want the X31 package ( vs the regular 4X4 option) is that it comes with dual exhaust.
  14. Is there a way to determine how long a truck has been sitting on dealership lot?
  15. I just test drove an SLT with the X31 package and an SLT with just the 4x4 option. Both trucks had the same of road tires. On the test drive, i thought the non X31 drove a little smoother (not as bouncy). Therefore, I preferred the 4x4. Issus is that I like the dual exhaust on the new trucks but I can only get that by buying a 6.2 engine or the X31 package.
  16. I am looking at SLTs for casual driving ( I don't need a truck for off road use). However, I noticed a lot of SLT's have the X31 package. Is there a noticeable difference of ride quality between an SLT without the X31 package versus and SLT with the X31 package?
  17. Those Denali rims look nice on your truck
  18. I understand the ride will not be as good ( and gas mileage may go down), but 22’s look good.
  19. Does it affect the factory speedometer or computer settings moving from a 20 inch wheel to a 22 inch wheel?
  20. It seems difficult to find a new truck that has the 22 inch wheels I like. Most of the SLT models have 20 inch wheels. Therefore, if I found a truck that had all of my options (except the wheel size), what issues would I have removing 20 inch wheels and add 22 inch wheels?
  21. Are painted wheel options more prone to chip or fade over time versus the standard non-painted wheel arch molding? Just curious of any feedback from anyone who has owned a truck with painted wheel options...
  22. This is what I am trying to do. Just wondered if any technical issues swapping out a painted Denali bumper with a chrome SLT bumper.
  23. What is the main difference between volcanic red tintcoat (2023 Models) vs cayenne red tintcoat (2022 Models)?
  24. Here is a similar thread on this topic: <https://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/256343-2022-refresh-seat-comfort/#comment-2576440> I have a similar concern, I have a 2014 GMC Sierra SLT and the seats are comfortable. When I went to dealerships looking at new 2023 models, just sitting in the new seats they seem more firm and less comfortable.
  25. Yeah! I used Microsoft Paint to cut a SLT Chrome Bumper and place it on a Denali image to see how it would look. I like it, so now I wonder the difficulty of swapping the actual bumpers? I wish I could build a GMC with this option on their website.
