  1. Well done! I have this setup since 2019 and I smile each time it starts up - it never gets old. I just had to replace my performance engine air filter (ACDelco 84428120), which was not easy to find. They were not available at the dealer, but I finally found them in stock at Summit Racing. Of course, your truck may use a different filter. Either way, you might consider buying a replacement filter now before you need it.
  2. This is my experience as well. For some reason, my Duratracs are only loud at 55 MPH. I'm also thinking of replacing with BFG's.
  3. I'm getting around to figure out my antenna install as well. I see this thread walks you through the process or relocating the stock AM/FM antenna. This might be an option, as you could then use the passenger side stock antenna location for your new antenna.
  4. So I've installed a Diamondback tonneau on the back of my truck and I'm working to install Front Runner rails with load bars on the Diamondback to support a RTT. This should provide flexibility, as the load bars can be used for other purposes, or simply removed. Just search for Diamondback and RTT and you should see some Tacoma examples. The only downside with the Front Runner setup is the load bars (the ones that run side-to-side of the bed) max out at 56" wide. Ideally, I think I want the load bars to be 62+" wide. I believe they have racks that are wider and will fit our trucks. As far as other options. take a look at Nuthouse Industries or KB VooDoo.
  5. I would actually consider keeping and using the safe. I like having some cash, my registration/insurance card and other items in a bit more secure location. At least if I get my truck washed or serviced, those things don't get accessed. I have one in my truck and love it. I also have the organizer that sits above the safe, and it keeps the things I need at hand.
  6. I actually like the stock antenna for just this reason. It's a great way to prevent loosing the sharkfin or scratching the roof!
  7. My AT4 has a 400 watt inverter (stock) that is shared between the plug in the center console and a plug in the bed. It's nice to have the extra amps. Does anyone know the specs of this inverter? Is it a modified sine wave, or a pure sine wave inverter? I see the previous gen stock trucks with the option only had a modified sine wave 100 watt inverter. Thanks!
  8. Sorry, a bit off topic... I'm curious why GM doesn't sell a direct connect module which taps directly into the current camera's already installed on the truck. How cool would it be to have a recording of the front, back and side camera's?? Assuming you already have this feature on your rig of course.
  9. In case you were wondering... Two bottles of wine fit in the door compartment perfectly!
