No fix unfortunately, took mine in to the dealer for the second time (got the new fluid the first time), and they said they couldn’t feel anything wrong with it. This thing vibrates randomly if I’m going >25mph. I just crossed 4K miles on mine.
Same issue... so close to making my way to the Ram dealership.
2019 Chevy 1500 2.7l, 8speed crew cab transmission oil temp is operating at 205-212degrees (empty bed) on daily commute, is this normal? I’m driving in 100degree Texas heat on the highways, with some stop-and-go traffic....What are you guys operating at?
I have a 2.7 also, and I haven’t had any low oil pressure readings or cold start issues. I would say mine start up/idle is extremely smooth, sometimes I can’t tell if the truck is running or not. Might want to get that checked out.
I let them know exactly what was going on, handed them a printed copy of the TSB and they said they would check it out. The service advisor did mention he had done two of the same exchanges within the last two weeks. Shifting felt a lot smoother on the way home but I still felt something when I got up to 50/60mph. Hopefully in 200 miles or so it will straighten out...
