  1. The Roto-fab CAI, which has become very popular on the 5.3L and 6.2L trucks, will be available for the 6.6L gas in the next 2 months!
  2. Looking good!
  3. We want to give a big thanks to all of the GM-Trucks.com forum members running Roto-fab Cold Air Intakes!
  4. Not at this time but thank you for your interest!
  5. Davenport Motorsports in Calgary and Sherwood Customs in Sherwood Park are both authorized Dealers! Thanks for your interest!
  6. Zane from GM-Trucks.com installs and reviews the Roto-fab CAI for 2019+ Silverado / Sierra 1500. He was certainly pleased with the quality and performance of the system! As with any new product, there was some initial caution among buyers. But after more than 6 months on the market and hundreds of satisfied customers using this CAI, it is clear that this system is a real winner. 7. While I can't comment on any of our competitors, I can tell you a few things about our development process. During development one of our main goals is to produce a system that will perform great on the factory calibration. This is no easy task, especially on newer GM vehicles. We implement unique development and prototyping methods which allow us to test over 100 different configurations on the road and track. By closely monitoring and logging pertinent data over the course of many months, we arrive at what we consider to be the “perfect” cold air intake for the vehicle. Then we tool up for production and prepare for release. At Roto-fab, the constant chase for perfection is the real motivation for everything we do. Thanks for your interest! Please let us know if you have any more questions about our CAI.
  8. Hey there.  With regards to the RotoFab CAI for the ‘20 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3L as opposed to the factory GM CAI upgrade.....the GM installed CAI gets a dealer tune/recalibration.  What is this recalibration that is being done with the Gm Cai that I’m not getting if I go the RotoFab route?

While we can't speak for any competing products, I can tell you a few things about our development process:

  9. This is outstanding! I love the way 3D printing is revolutionizing the way we solve problems.
  10. Hello, Thanks for using our CAI on your SS, and for your consideration on the Silverado! This exerpt from a recent post of ours may be helpful in defining the real performance and quality difference you get with a Roto-fab CAI. Not all Cold Air Intakes are created equal. It is a common assumption that all CAIs perform the same, but this couldn't be further from the truth. There are countless variables involved in the performance of a CAI system - all of which are carefully considered and refined during the development of a Roto-fab product. It is actually very difficult to create a CAI that gains power on the factory calibration. While there are many intake systems that you can install without setting a check engine light, we go beyond that to actually maximize performance with no tune required. By closely monitoring pertinent data during thousands of miles of driving, we can effectively improve our design over the course of nearly 100 different prototype configurations. This process of relentless improvement and refinement ensures you will receive the best performing product available for your vehicle! When comparing different aftermarket products, consider manufacturers’ claims as well as independent test results from a 3rd party. Roto-fab has been chosen time after time by the world's leading performance shops, not because of our performance claims, but because of the outstanding performance that is shown in independent testing. As we have seen with the 6th Gen Camaro, there are actually CAI systems out there that lose power as compared to the stock intake. So whatever brand you choose, be sure to get plenty of data on the system beyond the manufacturer's claims. Thanks again for your interest, Michael
  11. We're glad to hear that you guys are happy with your Roto-fab CAI! We appreciate your feedback.
  12. We are developing a very high quality CAI system for the 6.6L gas truck. It will be similar in appearance to our GM 1500 CAI pictured below! We are receiving awesome feedback and reviews on the 1500 CAI when it comes to quality, performance, and fuel economy! More info coming soon on the CAI for the 6.6L gas trucks.
  13. Ryan, Looking forward to hearing your feedback on this system!
