  1. Hi All, I'm looking at the new Regular cabs, and was wondering if anyone has added rear speakers to these trucks. My 2018 has the (real) premium sound: six speakers, front/back/r/l balance, and sound presets (Rock, Country, Jazz, Talk, etc). The newer trucks just have a mono 2 speaker stereo with little control (Bass, Treble, Midrange)...and no l/r balance. I commute back and fourth, and I'm worried this radio will drive me nuts after having a good sound system.
  2. I've seen that space behind the seats...Do you know if anyone has done it yet?
  3. Hi, Has anyone got the 2021 Regular cab 1500 with the XM radio yet? The 2020's have the crappy two speaker system, and on the build, I don't see the "Premium Sound" option. They finally put back the XM option, but says two speaker system. My 2018 has the Premium Sound with six speakers and I don't want to step down into a New Truck.
  4. I was shopping for the 2021, and the two speaker stereo turned me right off. It did give you the option for XM though. Premium Sound is no longer an option. I have a six speaker system in my current truck. You can't even adjust the balance. You only get the dashboard speakers and the door speakers.
  5. I have a build sheet for the 2021's and XM is there.?
  6. Yes. That's the color I traded in when I got my Havana Brown one.
  7. That sounds nice. If they would add that option to the regular cabs that would be great.
  8. Yes, In the build options for a Custom, you can get a Convenience Package that has XM included. And you can get the Havana Brown. This is only for the larger models. I work in the trades and need the 8' bed, and there are no options like this available. The smaller bed is useless to me.
  9. Interesting read: https://www.thedrive.com/news/29358/chevy-silverado-and-gmc-sierra-will-finally-get-nicer-interiors-in-2021-report
  10. Try the "Build Your Own" for the regular cab... There are no options that include XM at all. I went to the dealership and looked at the higher priced models, and even the 49k+ models(LT and RST) did not have XM. There were three models that had the Convenience II package and they were 50k+. I have a 2018 regular cab 4x4 with LS trim, chrome, XM, cruise. power everything, trailering, in Havana Brown Metallic. (no longer available in regular cab) I sent an email to Chevy to ask about this, and they sent me a link to both the four door models, and the 2500"s.... I'll stick with my 2018... A much better truck. The 2020's don't even have a console between the seats.
