GM Rear Sliding Window Recall

I've got a 2015 Silverado that is currently experiencing this issue. Right now, as mentioned previously, there is no recall in the USA and the vehicle is not covered under warranty because the 100k warranty only covers powertrain. Tracking number assigned by NHTSA for this issue is 11301052.
