Hi, I've been a long time viewer and this is my first post. Thought I'd share how i was able to get bed view. I have a 2020 2500HD LT with only the hitch camera. I purchased a 5th wheel a few years back and started searching for ways to get the bed view as it's a pain to back, get out and check and all. I'm still waiting for a 50ohm switch to come in, but got the camera and all mounted and tested.
I initially bought this from ebay
84699124 OEM GMC Sierra Silverado High Mounted Stop Lamp 3rd Brake Cargo Camera
The camera it came with didn't work with my year truck. The GM upfitter bulletin 152 has a list of cameras and I purchased one from Amazon

The connectors used at the camera and at the IOS module under the passenger side kick panel use Fakra orange M connectors. I ordered a couple of the female covers from Aliexpress as there's very limited sources in the States. Beware, I had a horrible time with the company they use to ship orders. The other ends I'm going to use Fakra Z since they're more available options.

I bought this cable to go from camera to the IOS module. I'll swap the female end cover with a Fakra M to fit on the camera. Other end will be left and I bought a short extension to go from that to IOS module as I'm planning on using a 50ohm switch and it hasn't arrived yet.

One end of the short extension will need a Fakra M to go into the IOS module. There's a lot to take off to get the headliner down, but I think it was worth the effort. For now I plug this in when I have my trailer and the tailgate when I don't.
