Yes the red blinkers work. No I'm the second owner of the truck. I do have the higher trim package, so I would assume they work at one time. Well I look at the RPO code and this is what have. I don't see DL8, but do see DL3 code. So does this mean the previous owner upgraded the Mirrors? Just a note: the previous owner had a 5th wheel ball attach in the bed for hauling a horse trailer. It was removed from the truck when I bought it. I bought the truck from a dealer. Can the light be program to come on with a scan tool from my buddy at the body shop? Could someone help me in trying to figure out why I can’t get the rear view extend mirror guidance lights to work. My understanding is that the rear cargo light needs to be on along with shifter in Park, Reverse, or Neutral. I have checked the fuse and it good; the Cargo light is coming on. I took apart the part Mirror this morning and took the rear guidance light and hook up to a 12V battery- work great. Only other thing I can think of is wiring from Mirror to wiring harness block. 2016 Chevy LTZ ,4x4, 2500, Diesel Additional questions: On the Pink BCM wiring #26 - What fuse does it go to? On the Black BCM wiring #26 - What fuse does it go to? Has anyone upgrade this light?

Hey Redwngr, Been waiting for your post. That was the plan to change the oil out. I haven't driven since the post. Planning on picking up 10 Qts full synthetic today - Mobil One 5W-40 for diesel with CJ-4 Thanks, Scott

Okay feeling really stupid right now, but I'm all sure we have made some kind a mistake that we should have know better. My tail is between my legs! Recently changed my oil on 2016 Chevy 2500 3/4 ton. This was my second oil change since owning the truck (bought used) 5000 miles ago, now at 52,700 miles. I changed the oil 2 weeks ago and is wasn't driven for week. I drove approximately 100 miles and the low oil was prompted by the computer on the truck. I immediately pull off the road and check to see if the drain plug or oil filter was loose and leaking oil. No visible oil leak. I popped the hood and found there was no oil on the dip stick. I just had just left Costco, which was in eye sight. I when back in and bought another case (6 quarts) of 5-30W. The truck took 2 1/2 quarts of oil. I could swear that I checked the oil stick when I had originally changed oil and thought it had enough oil. I can't remember placing 10qt of oil when changing it. Note: I have own trucks for 38 years and have always changed my own oil in the trucks. This is the first diesel truck I own and will not forget 10 Quarts the next time. Questions: Did I do any damage to the engine? Why did the computer take so long to notice that it was low on oil? Is there anything else I need to know? Please do not shame to bad, feel like crap already. Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my post. Scott

Hi All, First time posting and learning how to. Received this error on my Truck. "P21DD Reductant Heater 'A" Current Too Low" 2016 Chevy 2500 Diesel 4x4 Silverado LTZ - Current miles are 52,097 I have lots of questions and do not want the dealership Song a& Dance. Does this error have to do with the Def Tank Heater? Warranty- What is the Standard Warranty on this truck, I bought it used? Does the Warranty cover this under Emissions?
