2019 5.3L - put a K & N CAI on it and a cat back. Will an enhanced MAF sensor gain air flow / HP? I searched for this topic and didn't find it.

2019 LT silverado 5.3L 40K miles. Recently started shimmy / shake at gradual speed acceleration. Feels like rumble strips or rough pavement. Sometimes it shifts very very hard - almost lurching forward. My mechanic says its a common GM problem and will likely need tranny replaced. I bought a extended warranty thru the dealer, will they give me any ****** about it at the dealership? I did add a k&n cold air intake and a cat back but that shouldn't cause this BS. Would it void the warranty to just run some sea foam tranny additive to it?

This was in fact after a remote start. I have driven the truck multiple times after the mods - with no light. Must be connected to the remote start. I'll start it non remotely and see if the light stays on. Then I'll try unhooking the battery and the unlock / start method. The truck is running just fine, the light is annoying. Thanks!

2019 5.3 Silverado - check engine light came on randomly. Put a K and N cold air intake on it and a flowmaster super 40 muffler recently. Any connection?

im new here. I have 2019 Z71 LT 5.3L Crew Cab Short Bed. Bought a K & N 63 series (KNF-63-3109) air intake - will install this weekend. Looking for reasonably priced muffler mod or cat back system to go with it. The flowmaster flow fx 17894 is $550 but its only 2.5 inch OD I think. Sounds decent tho. Suggestions? I'm looking for moderate to aggressive sound and low cruising hum.
