Good morning from Westchester NY!
2020 Trail Boss here.... ...rear carpet is wet, ceiling is damp, truck smells of mildew. I am ****ing LIVID because my 2016 was doing the same thing. I called the dealership this morning to schedule a drop off and i specified this as a RECALL because i am not the only one clearly with this issue. Can we all do something about this together? Complain to GM? I need my truck on a daily basis WITHOUT it being defective, paying all this money for ******. I cannot justify paying over $50K for a pickup that has simple issues like this? Who the hell builds these junk boxes and where is the testing being done.....virtual?
