  1. Well that's no way to tease. ?
  2. That looks good after driving in the rain. I hate how my rear tires will look horrible after driving in the rain and the fronts look like when I applied the tire shine. Can't wait for mine to show up so I can try it.
  3. I ordered 1 can from Amazon, just waiting for them to have it in stock. The 5% I get back on my Amazon card plus I want to make sure it lives up to the hype.
  4. I was looking to upgrade my '20 RST with the IOS radio to the factory navigation. GM has since discontinued the GM factory navigation upgrade. I was looking at a few other options and came across OBD Genie. Has anyone tried or used this method? https://www.obdgenie.com/collections/gm-genies/products/edit-chevrolet-ios-non-nav-to-iou-nav-factory-oem-gps-navigation-with-hd-radio-upgrade
  5. If you don't want to pay for shipping, Amazon will have it in stock in 7 days. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B08MBH2GPK/ref=twister_B08MBGLYX3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
  6. Old post, but I was looking for the GM 84489271 and it has come up as a discontinued part. Does anyone know if they have changed part numbers or if this is still possible with the 2020 trucks.
  7. I have Bose and the card reader in my center console. Interested in this "software" upgrade for nav. Does the truck already have the nav antenna installed?
  8. Nice. I will have to get that if you do.
  9. How do you add this to the truck?
  10. My 2016 Colorado that I had before this was pretty accurate. I've not had it on the gauge that low. I am not a fan of getting below 1/2 tank. Sorry, Crew Cab Short Bed 4wd. That's why I said 24 gallons.
  11. On my 2020 RST 3.0 CCSB, the fuel gauge seems to be inaccurate. Consistently since I've had the truck (4 weeks) the truck will take between 12-14 gallons of fuel when the gauge shows 5/8 to 3/4 of a tank left. Am I wrong to think that I have a 24-gallon tank? I don't usually let the truck get below 1/2 tank on the gauge before filling up, but in the event that I try to get the max miles out of a tank I don't want to run it empty.
  12. My thoughts exactly. You can look at the HVAC controls and see everything that is on that screen. I wish you could rearrange the lower "fixed" icons.
  13. Had a Xtreme Liner sprayed in the bed yesterday. The dealership prefers the company that installed this and the Xtreme Liner over Line-X so I went this route.
  14. No, it is cut at an angle. No way to get an accurate dimension. The best way is a pair of calipers (which I don't have).
  15. I don't have a pair of calipers that I can measure the OD of the exhaust pipe at the tip. I'm wanting to put a black tip on the exhaust (single side exit). Does anyone know what the OD of the pipe is?
  16. Replaced the OEM antenna with a shorty. So far I can't tell any signal loss (I mostly listen to SiriusXM anyway). The OEM antenna hit my garage door when pulling in and out. I'm not really a fan of the shorty antenna, not sure why GM couldn't have put the antenna in the XM antenna like my Equinox and my previous 2016 Colorado was.
  17. S&B is working on a cold air intake for the 3.0. I will probably get one when they come out with them. I really like the S&B intakes. https://www.sbfilters.com/cold-air-intakes/silverado-sierra-1500-duramax-3-0-intake-75-5137?variant_id=713
  18. I'm needing to get some wiring from inside the cab to the front of my truck. Is there a good place or way to get the wires either through the firewall or from underneath into the cab?
  19. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. It looks much better now with the other lettering on the side of the truck ("company" vehicle). Thanks for the help.
  20. Did you have any issue with residue left on the bedside?
  21. I'm thinking about removing the 4x4 decal off the bed of my 2020 RST. Is it just a standard decal that a blow dryer will help come off?
  22. Swapped the OEM rear under seat storage compartment (small) for the Du-Ha compartment. The Du-Ha one is the only one I've found that mounts the same way as the OEM one with the jack and tool set holding it in. I did have to trim the floor liner at the jack location so it would sit flat on the floor.
  23. Swapped the chrome emblems for the OEM black ones on my '20 RST 3.0. I'm not sure why a RST comes from the factory with chrome emblems.
  24. Dang, that sucks. The kit I got from my dealer was $105. Granted I will have to do the install though. 2x - Duramax, 3x - Silverado (fenders & tailgate), 1x - RST
