  1. I bought not only for the diesel and the pulling power the 2500hd has, but the latest technology. I love the AT4 appearance. But I am planning on making this truck last a very long time, hopefully my last one. Thanks everyone for their input. The dealer called and I may have a production date soon. Paul
  2. Thanks, I am going to take the back roads home. Instead of the 13.5 hours, it is going to take around 18. I hope to see some beautiful country on the way back. The truck was supposed to be here in November, but still no production date. The order was accepted in early October by the production plant. I wish I could run up there and give them a hand. Snowmobiling is coming quickly; I am going to have to thumb a ride up to the mountains. Thanks and everyone take care, Paul
  3. LOL that is funny as hell. Thanks, still waiting on the production date. Ready to get it.
  4. Thanks everyone for the advice. Still waiting for the delivery notice. Looking at mid to late December now. Paul
  5. Thanks, I guess my trip back will be a long one. I will follow the manual's recommendation just to be on the safe side. I appreciate the feedback. Looking forward to my new toy. I will not have any problems now going up the passes in Colorado with a loaded snowmobile trailer. Take care and stay safe. Paul
  6. I know this question probably has been asked a hundred times. I just put a deposit down on a new 2021 2500HD AT4. I bought it out of state and will have to drive over 800 miles to get back home. I know the owners manual says, do not drive it over 55 miles per hour for the first 500 miles, vary your speed etc. My question is, with the new diesels, is this old language they are printing for the new engines. Thanks for your help. Paul
