  1. That’s a bummer, sorry to hear. i have a 2019 5.3l (new body) and a couple days ago, after turning off my truck, the radiator fan kept blowing for about 2 minutes. It continued to do it the past several days and now it’s leaking a ton of coolant. One mechanic said new radiator, going to another today. Can’t tell where the leak is coming from, was hoping it was the cheap clips they use to connect the hoses due to the amount of coolant leaking. just last night I heard the “waterfall” sound when I turned off the truck…. So I have some air in there now. I guess the plastic they use now of days on the sides of the radiator is some cheap stuff. Probably going to upgrade the radiator. I have had zero issues with my truck since 2019, only 31k miles right now and this is the first problem. anyone have any issues with transmission slightly slipping while slowing down?
  2. Hey, just wanted to let you know that your directions worked perfectly and I appreciate the help!!!
  3. I have a 2019 custom (new body). Yeah, I went to two different dealers. One had to make 5 calls to figure out how to install them and told me $200 to flash the BCM. The other dealer told me $200 as well. That was a hard pass after purchasing them and doing the install myself. Thanks again for your help, I’ve had them installed for almost 3 years now and never got them to work. Just need to figure out which wire is the parking lights!
  4. Thanks for the reply, appreciate it! Just a couple questions to clarify, if you don’t mind: 1) So you ran the wire (Brown) that came with the OEM kit, to the UEC and plugged it in to B3 (fuse box under the hood). 2) From the UEC you ran it to the BCM, Slot 10. 3) Once plugged into slot 10, you used a T-tap to tap into the parking lights. Just want to make sure I’m following correctly. New at auto electrical. Im not sure which wire is the parking lights. I’ve read that it’s a blue wire but I don’t have a blue wire. I’m sure I can figure out which one it is with some more searching.
  5. Apologies I’m late to the game here. GETGONE can you shoot me some pointers? I have the OEM kit installed already as well and not willing to pay $200 to have the CBM flashed either. I want my set up like yours, tapped into the parking lights. since I have everything installed, would I just unplug the fog light trigger wire from the Brown box on the CBM and tap it to the parking lights wire? The. What about the wire going to the fuse box under the hood? im lost, any info would help!
  6. I had the same situation happen to me. I installed the entire fog light kit myself (correctly) with the help of the GM instructions a friend game me. Obviously the lights didn’t work because the had to be programed. I brought it to the dealer (Rydell) two days ago for service. They took a look at it, gave me a call later in the day asking for the serial number or number on the sheet (which I was never told to keep.... should have kept it) that came in the box... I was at work and couldn’t remember where I put the sheet. I asked for options and they told me there aren’t any besides BUYING A WHOLE NEW FOR LIGHT KIT FROM THEM! There has GOT to be a way they can track down my order and connect the dots. I’m pissed. Anyone have any suggestions???
