  1. Sorry, I could be confused. See the question I posed on this page...it's for the Superlift 3" with Bilstein rear shocks. They did not know. But I called Superlift and confirmed this kit works with 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. I looked at the Rancho 3" lift and they are the ones that also told me it didn't work for 2021...since then I've decided that Bilstein is the way to go. The kit you linked above looks like it would work on a 2021. FYI you probably know this, but bilsteinlifts.com has nothing to do with the Bilstein company...just a parts store that sells Bilsteins. Although they are probably knowledgeable. https://www.bilsteinlifts.com/shop/chevy-gmc/silverado-1500/2019/superlift-3-lift-kit-for-2019-2020-gmc-sierra-1500-4wd-2wd-w-bilstein-shocks/
  2. @Duramax3oh I'm curious how much front & rear lift you got with this setup? How much front rake do you have? I'm looking for level or slight rake at most. Not driving a Duramax, but I figure it would still be similar. I'm also driving a 2021 SLT 1500 with a 5.3L V8, so I'd assume the lift you got would be similar. The challenge is that Bilstein apparently has not confirmed that all their products will work on the 2021 due to some change in the struts or shocks.
  3. @FrankK986 How is the Superlift 3" working for you after 1 year?
  4. @qaton How is the 3" Superlift working out? How's the ride compared to stock? Debating that kit vs 3" Rancho...vs the 2" GM factory lift w/ 1" spacer (to hopefully not void warranty).
  5. Can you please help me understand what you mean by Bilsteins are "definitely better than stock Ranchos"? Better stability? More comfortable around town? Better offroading? I just bought at 2021 GMC Sierra SLT and trying to figure out whether to do 3" Rancho lift (3" front, 1.5" rear) or 3" Superlift w/ rear Bilstein or 2" GM factory lift (Rancho) with 1" front spacer to not void my warranty. Or something I haven't thought of. I do 95% city/highway miles and periodically take in the woods during hunting season, so I'd rather have comfort than a stiff shock. Please help!
  6. I would like to know if your 2" level fits 285/65r20 as well. If not, then maybe the 295/60r20 tires. I think with a 3" superlift and UCAs I should be able to fit either...keep us posted.
  7. @Kchampagne How much did you spend total on the 2" factory lift, Zone level, and UCAs (installed)? I see the 2" factory lift is $1300, Zone 1.75 level is $130, RC UCA are $400, so that's $1830 in parts and I'm guessing would cost me $1000 to have all that installed, so I'm nearing $3000 with tax. At that price, I could do the 4" BDS suspension lift...I wonder which would be better? However, I don't want to spend $3k on the lift itself so I'm considering the Superlift 3" w/ Bilstein shocks for $700 plus install. I don't do heavy offroading...so can someone tell me the drawbacks of doing this simple lift?
  8. Nice! Let us know how it rides when you get them. My biggest question is what type of ride difference you'll feel (on and off road) with the Bilstein 5100 adjustable front strut vs stock struts? I'd like to get the full 3" in front and 1.5" rear, so I'm considering the 3" superlift w/ Bilstein rear shocks....and ideally I would change front struts to Bilstein 5100, however they only go to 2.75"...so maybe add a spacer? I'm going to call Superlift and ask them. I'm new to all this.
  9. @brulosopher What did you go with? I just bought a 2021 Sierra SLT 5.3L 4WD 8-speed and contemplating the same 3" Superlift kit w/ Bilstein shocks...and 295/60r20 Toyo AT3 (33.9") tires. I've been doing lots of research online and still not sure if this would be a good kit for me. Mostly city/highway miles, some offroad when hunting in the winter, but nothing crazy. Also towing 23' boat a few times a year at most.
  10. Good info. As for tires, looks like the AT3 in 35x12.50 are 72lbs also, but if I go with a 295/60r20 AT3 they are 60lbs and only 34" tire, which may work better with my 5.3L. But that brings up another question -- if I'm only trying to run 295/60r20 tires would a 3" basic lift kit work better for me? I've read that going above 3" on a basic lift kit can cause issues down the road...but honestly I have no experience with that. It would save a few thousand bucks over the BDS (I'm not installing myself). I'm just wondering the specific drawbacks of these basic kits like Superlift w/ Bilstein or the Rancho (links below). Can anyone with these specific lifts comment on how will it ride compared to 4" BDS? Compared to stock? I believe the 2021 Sierra changed front struts to bolt-on, so all these kits must be modified before they sell a 2021 version. https://www.bilsteinlifts.com/shop/chevy-gmc/silverado-1500/2019/superlift-3-lift-kit-for-2019-2020-gmc-sierra-1500-4wd-2wd-w-bilstein-shocks/ https://www.gorancho.com/products/suspension-systems/chevrolet-gmc-suspension-systems/2020-2019-chevy-silverado-gmc-sierra-1500-suspension-system-rs66311r9.html
  11. @Anakalypto I am new to lifted trucks but long time admirer. I just bought 2021 Sierra SLT with 5.3L, same color as yours...and I'm thinking I want to replicate your setup with 4" BDS and 35x12.50 on stock 20s. Two questions: 1) Should I get the UCA like BDS suggests? (I will do mostly city/highway miles with some light offroading when I go hunting 3-4x per year, plus possibly pull a 23 foot boat on trailer a few times a year at most). I thought you had to get new UCA with anything over 2.5"...but maybe that's just with a basic level lift? 2) Any reason my 5.3L would have trouble pushing the 35x12.50 Toyo A/T III? Thanks for any insight you have.
