Need help. Driving back home. 10hr drive. Truck is a 2017 1500 silverado v6 eco 4x4 with 32K miles. High pitched noise coming from from drivers side when at low speeds. Not all the time. Doesn't seem to be associated directly with braking or accelerating as it will squeal when 'rolling at 5mph (like in bad traffic). Do I need to go to a shop immediately? Can I get home and fix? Can I spray something on something and stop it haha help!! willing to speak to someone directly via phone if this has actually happened to you and you know how to fix it. Thanks! -- Jen
