Yes no luck tho

I have a 1995 Chevy ck1500 marks3 edition that came with the tailgate handle on the inside and a break light on the outside which was covered with a simple metal piece that had a Chevy emblem for the light. Unfortunately someone stole the cover with the emblem off my truck and for the life of me I can’t find anything similar to the one I had let alone a light on the tailgate. They left the wiring and backing of the light component but without the light cover I’m left with nothing but the empty space. Does anyone know where to look/ have one of there own on there truck. Here’s what it looks like. Helpful suggestions only please!
