Brakes make a "creaking" sound

I have the same issue. It’s not the brake pads or rotors, as they have all been replaced and turned. It is only when I am parked and apply pressure to the brake pedal. Could it be related to the brake booster recall issue? They expanded that, at one point. It’s for the braking assist system.
