So long story short, I have a 2007.5 2500hd truck that used to be a 6.0 LY6 truck and is now a 6.6 LMM truck. After i completed the swap everything works except the cruise control due to the donor truck had a Trailer Brake Module and now that module is missing. After trying everything i can thing of to change the configuration in the BCM, I came up with the idea that if i had a VIN number that was compatible with my trucks new configuration, i could use Techline Connect to reflash my BCM and correct the configuration, then do a security relearn. Is there anyone who has a LT Extended Cab 2500hd LMM truck that doesn't have the TBCM? If so could you share your RPO sticker with me so i can use it to fix my problem? JL1 is the one that i dont want. THanks!
