Cameon Case

I recently bought a OEM Navigation Stereo unit out of a 2008 Chevy Tahoe at the junk yard for my 2013 GMC Sierra 1500. I currently have a USB connection in the back of my 2013 unit but the 2008 Nav unit doesn't have that connection. Is there an adapter I can get so I can still listen to music through the USB, or should I cut my losses and purchase a new unit on amazon with bluetooth? If I do go with the new unit then what all would I need to keep my current Bose system working in the truck?
