My 2020 Trail Boss has been in the shop several weeks now. The fuel pump is bad according to the technician. Fuel pumps are on national back order according to customer services. They don't have any idea of when the part will be in. I am very upset. Customer assistance offered to pay the truck note, but I have to pay the tag and insurance ($250 per month). That can get expensive fast on a vehicle I cannot even drive. And I am worried about the income tax ramifications of them paying the note. At some point doesn't the lemon law kick in? I am seriously over this truck.
