I just used a putty knife to lift the molding up and slid the liner under it. easy peasy

I installed the factory ones with out removing the molding. Did you wax your front ones ? why wax the rear.,

last time I checked the cord was only available from GM

The plugs are the same. Your truck wiring harness will just have the wiring to run the seat options you paid for.

I went from manual to power. you can tell if your passenger seat has power by comparing it to the photo below. The harness DR sells a harness to power the passengers seat if yours is not powered . 2019 - 2022 Silverado/Sierra: Manual to Power (Passenger) Seat Retrofit Harness - Harness Dr. - DIY Done Right If your truck came with heat/vent seats you the heat/vent will work on your new seats. If you only had heat that is all you will have working on your new seats. Heat /vent is controlled by the BCM and it has to be programed to add the vent function . To my knowledge no one can or will do that for you

I changed out my manual cloth seats to leather AT4 electric seats on my 2020 3500 HD. I bought 2 harness from Harness Dr .com. as I had not factory power or ground.

My 2020 3500 has a harness plugged in to the top right receptacle. I will try using F26

I have been doing online searches and can not find any information how to get the heat & vent working.

I'm converting my manual drivers seat w/o heat & vent to power with heat & vent . Dose anybody know if you just have to wire a heat/vent switch to the seat to get the heat & vent working or are they controlled by the truck computer. My truck is a 2020 Sierra 3500hd.
