  1. LOL what are yall doing, drafting big rigs to get these numbers? Best ive done on a long trip is 20. 19 at4 with 6.2 and 35s.

  3. 2019 AT4. Was easy, maybe 2-3 hours? Fronts required unbolting the top ball joint. I sourced the fronts from a junk yard, the rears from rockauto
  4. On the stock wheels 35s fit with minor trimming of the mud flap up front. No issues out back. Ive run them on my at4 since 19, recently upgraded with the ZR2 suspension.

  6. Yea you can run without ZR2 shocks without the ZR2 rear springs. You'll keep the higher payload rating that way but probably rides a little rougher than the softer ZR2 springs. This is what i did.
  7. Comes with springs front and rear. You have to order for 22+ but it fits 19+ with factory lift. You can also piece together the kit. I got some of the stuff from junkyards and some from rock auto. Cheaper but a PITA.

  9. To everyone who levels their trucks, do you never carry heavy loads or tow? The factory Rake is meant to compensate for that. Also stock height AT4 will fit 35x12 general grabbers with a slight rub on the mud flaps at full lock.
  10. Yea like @Gangly says the Spool valve tech is far more advanced than the Fox/King setups. Id only recommend Fox/King if youre going full long travel setup front and rear. Check out the vids on youtube explaining what makes these so special. Probably the only thing that could outperform them are some of the magnetic/hydraulic setups however they arent durable due to heat dissipation. In a short course they can outperfom DSSV but theyd fail offroad over any appreciable distance.

  12. Whole diff. You have to add a switch of course to control. I'm going to try to incorporate it into the stock toggles.
  13. Yea, you can swap the front. I prefer the auto locking that i have but if you wanted you could swap the rear. The front locker only cost me $780.
  14. Depends on where you get the DSSVs. I just bought all 4 for $700. All 4 ranchos are about $350. So I just have to rebuild them once to be even, and in the meantime the level of performance is night and day. The dealer keeps trying to get me to trade my truck in for a new AT4X...for what? I can swap the struts and front transfer case and have everything except the updated interior and save $50k.
  15. 35s fit on the stock wheels with the factory 2" at4/z71 lift. slight rubbing on the front mud flaps at full lock.

  17. Theyre tough to come by, I had to search everyday for like 3 weeks. If there were a bunch id buy them up and sell kits on ebay
  18. Yea i dont think the junkyards realize what they have yet. They charge $255 for the dssv vs $205 for the rancho. I just picked up a set of rear dssv for $180. When you look up the colorado zr2 though the prices are what you expect, like $700 each.

  21. I believe its the springs and diff hardware that give the additional travel in the rear.
  22. Pretty sure the rear springs are specific to the ZRX package. Yea im sure under normal conditions it wont matter, its in emergency maneuvers that the brake/steering/throttle nannys would act slightly diff. You can def put together this kit cheaper if you know where to look.
  23. Rule of thumb is the the bigger the tire the less air you need to carry the same amount of weight. I definitely wouldnt run a 35x12.5 at the factory number on the door.
