I have a 2021 Sierra 1500 SLT with just over 60,000 miles on it. Recently the truck started displaying the backup camera on the infotainment center whenever the brakes were applied. I did what some of the other forums suggested and removed the taillights and put dielectric grease on the connectors. While I was doing this I found that the passenger taillight had water in the housing and there was a small amount of corrosion on one of the pins in the connector. I dried everything out thoroughly and applied the dielectric grease but I am still getting the camera on the display when braking. Any ideas?
