2016 SILVERADO ENGINE SQUEAK??

My 2018 Silverado makes the same noise. I removed all the belts and the noise is still there. Did anyone ever get the source of the noise figured out? i am going to get the truck on a lift tomorrow to see if I can pinpoint the source of the noise.
