2014 GMC Sierra with same issue. So far has been in a parking lot and turning right at a green light. Took it to a GMC service center. They replaced the alternator because they said it was putting out “too much” power. That a thing? Never heard of it. $1600 for diagnostics and replacement (which is including the extended warranty “coverage”). Well it’s been 2 weeks and it did it again. So I spent $1600 AT A GMC SERVICE CENTER to accomplish zero and put this safety hazard back on the road. Unhappy is a bit of an understatement. If you want something done right… go to the forums and figure it out yourself, I guess.
