  1. Thanks @newdude. I was probably not clear. I am not willing to watch movies on the front screen in motion, but being able to browse the movies I have on the USB stick. I can change movies with the forward and backward buttons but cannot see a list of files / movies I have on the USB. In which concerns the SPS, I have in my possesion the VX Diag - VX Nano tool for GM. I was trying today to purchase a 24h Delko SPS2 service but somehow I am not able to do the connection with my VX Nano diag tool.
  2. Hi @newdude, thank you for following up. I do not have a choice going to a dealer as there is no GMC dealer in Europe, unfortunately. GMC trucks are very rare here so I am not able to find a shop that does those neither. On the other hand, I do have VX DIAG - VCX Nano that is meant to do many things. Do you know if I could do the upgrade using it? Regarding why I would like to do the update, it started from the fact that I am not able to browse mp4 movies on my USB stick using the central console screen. Asked a question about, I was told that this is probably due to the fact I have an outdated software version and I need to update it. In addition, I do not have the option to connect the truck to my phone wifi hotspot nor I can download any new application. The current software versions I have are shown on the attached picture, what do you think, should I update those?
  3. I purchased recently a GMC Yukon XL from 2015 and the software version is rather outdated. I do not have OnStar as this was stopped in Europe several years ago. Is there a way to do the latest update offline, using a USB stick or eventually a diagnostics tool?
