I bought a 3.5 inch strut spacer along with 2-4 inch lift upper control arms for my silverado, its a 2019 silverado LD, but its the exact same as the 2016-2018 versions. It has stanped steel control arms and the only spindle lift i can find is 5 inches that fits the stamped steel, i dont want to have a squat so im looking for a 3 inch one so that my ball joints arent at their max, other forums are saying that even with the 2-4 lift control arms, the ball joints are still going to be maxed out and break, so i was wondering if i only needed the control arms and the strut spacer? but if not i am going to get a spindle lift but i dont want to spend 600 dollars on a 3 inch one that fits stanped steel, and for some reason the cast steel ones are 200. is there any way to make those fit? i heard that the only thing is the size of the bolts.
