Hello, We have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 Duramax. It has 126,000 miles. The head unit display isn’t working it shows a black screen unless in reverse it will show the back up camera. We brought it to the dealer and they were going to replace it. The truck had an engine light as well they scanned it and printed out 2 pages equaling 53 codes. Anything from the key fob to the to the timing chain. The dealer claims it needs a timing chain and quoted $10,000. Truck runs and drives as should. That being said, is it possible there was some sort of power surge that set off all 53 modules and or sensors. And it does not need a timing chain. Thank you
