2024 Brake controller Problems

My dealer has installed the new module and I still have the same problem even with my ATV trailer and it doesn't have a solar panel or battery, other than the break a way small battery. Happens on old trailer and new trailers. Dealer says my trailers are not compatible with the new brake system, Bull!
