I've looked through the owner's manual and I think you're correct. It being the upfitter. I have 5 aux switches on the left side of the lower panel driver side that don't do anything. I found a youtube video where the guy has a similar harness. Thank you, upfitter was the word I needed.

There was a package in the back of the 2023 2500 duramax I just bought. I meant to ask the dealership what it was but forgot about it after test driving, talking and buying. There's a bag of fuses, a small fuse box, and another wire that's in the bag (pictured below). Is it for the auxiliary switches or the bed outlet? Not sure. Thank you!
