Fire medic 128

I’ve got a 2022 Chevy Silverado custom the ignition key gets stuck in the ignition more so when it’s extremely cold outside, I have already taken it to the dealership three times with no issues that can be reproduced. However, I have videos of same was recommended to take it to a locksmith in which I did And he said the ignition switch and cylinder are in great condition. I’ve already troubleshoot it making sure it’s in park turning the wheel, etc. etc. has this happened to anybody before and what was the fix?
