I'm having same issue with my 2016 1500 Silverado high country. Will randomly start changing channels on its own. Has a strange clicking noise as well. I'd seen somewhere someone talking about a bad or loose ground connection. But, I can't find it anywhere. Would love to hear if any response you got from GM or if anyone else has any thoughts on it. Thanks!

Just got 2016 Silverado 1500 high country with same issue. To get sunroof and rear window back online, could I just disconnect the wiring harness to the wireless charger while I sort out a new fix for the wireless charger wiring harness, and leave it disconnected for now? Or, would that be a bad idea?
