Worked on it more today found that the fuse was blown changed it out and tried the blinker instantly popped the fuse after hitting the switch. I didn’t see and frayed wiring any where no corrosion, didn’t have a multimeter to check if everything was getting power but this is where I’m at now.

I bought tow mirrors for 09 Chevy Silverado passenger mirror works perfect defrost, power movement, and blinker however the drivers side blinker won’t work which causes my truck blinkers not to work. The indicator light on dash blink faster than normal like my blinker is out. Power moment will only move up and left. Any suggestion on a a fix.
