Still concerned about the smoking. I changed the oil last night, I'm going to monitor how much the engine burns from now until the next oil change. It's about a quart now, I'll see if that changes since I changed the valve guide seals.

The old head unit died, it ate my CD's and wouldn't eject them, so it had to go. I love the new head unit. It allows bluetooth streaming from my HTC One X and also controls Pandora and IHeartRadio apps. -

This is what happens when your teenager helps you customize your truck. I went to change my stereo and decided that I wanted something else. So I started customizing my rig's interior. -
HAHA, yea it is very yellow. It looks like a dandelion threw up inside my truck. It's my favorite color, but it meshes well with the black, dark pewter interior, and purple highlights. It's not everyone's forte', but I like it

Well, I FINALLY got a chance to clean, and detail my rig. My teenage daughter helped me on the interior. I took it from a broken stereo that ate my CD's and wouldn't give them back, to something a little wilder. I need to get some floor mats for my truck to keep the floor clean, but other than that, this is my 05 Silverado with 220K on her. What can I say, I love customizing my vehicles, and I figured that if I already had my interior apart that much when I was replacing the stereo,I might as well go all the way.
