  1. Had a beautiful morning so I took the girls to school with the nova.
  2. Drove it. And hung out with Justin this weekend. He adjusted my tune a bit.
  3. Thank you! It's my stress release.
  4. Lol. Just a little. Surprisingly it's not too bad while you're moving. It's when you get stuck in traffic things get warm really quick.
  5. Wife's enclave was getting some work done. She needed to drive my truck so she had to twist my arm to take my daughter to camp in the Nova. 106 degrees outside and it never got over 190.
  6. I don't have a 2014+, but I got my 2007.5 tuned by Justin in late 2008. I had almost 20,000 miles then. I have since added headers and a TVS1900 also from Black bear. I now have over 90,000 miles. Original transmission and no engine problems yet.
  7. Or be honored that they chose his car as a pic. I would just think it was cool and in his case use it as a sales technique.
  8. It's been a long time since I have been to Tulsa. I was at Tulsa raceway the first time I ever ran a 10.80 pass in the nova. Back before it lived on the giggle juice.
  9. Took it shopping. Grocery Getter
  10. I know I mentioned this early in the thread, but wanted to toss it back out there for anyone looking for a good quality cost effective option. http://catchcans.com Here's mine.
  11. Haven't been around the forums much lately, been a crazy time around here. I got to look at mine today.
  12. What brand of wheels do you have?
  13. Drag wheels yes, but I have seen other performances application run them. It takes some of the stress off of and adds to strengthen the combination. This is something still very much in use. I just bought a brand new set of Billet Specialties wheels. One of there newest designs and they use a shank style. Most of the Weld wheels I have seen take this style too. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/m20ProductDisplayView?catalogId=10002&langId=-1&productId=1999501&storeId=10001
  14. Also, most performance wheels will already come drilled for a 5/8 stud. The shank of the lug takes up the slack.
  15. Can you post a picture of what you have? Wheel and a lug? Most performance wheels will use a lug nut the is flat with a washer and that has a shank.
  16. Actual vehicle speed probably wasn't much faster than that. Lol. Rear tire speed, another story.
  17. This is what I did with mine this weekend. Track was not there. Horrible 60ft times, but had a great time.
