Nathan, congrats on finally getting it fixed. On the bright side you shouldn't have any electrical issues with the 4WD system for quite awhile now. Thanks for keeping us posted. -

Nathan, it is possible it could be the transfer case control module, but that thing is not cheap. You've already replaced the common items that fail. I'm out of ideas, maybe someone else will jump in and educate all of us. Good luck -
Bubbatex0, I don't know any of the Baker family in Burnet, my wife may since she was raised there, but we just moved back there about 6 or 7 years ago. She had moved away in 1987.
