  1. (Updated to reflect I have purchased BRAND NEW OEM LED Harnesses to accompany these lights) For sale are my Chevrolet LED Tail Lights. I originally purchased these to replace my existing tail lights but had a change of heart and painted my existing housings instead. In great shape and will be cleaned and polished for new owner. Asking $440 ($470 shipped) If you have any questions or want additional pictures, shoot me a message,
  2. This last weekend I went ahead with putting in the OEM LED tail lights from the LTZ model on my new 2018 Silverado LT. Overall the installation was successfull and fairly easy to do. The tail lights that I have had the stock GM harnesses still attached and I ordered a tail light harness (with resistors for hyperflash) from PGamboa. BTW if you are planning on doing this mod I would HIGHLY suggest the kit from @pgamboa. The kit was shipped quickly, was made with quality and I have never met a person that was willing to answer so many stupid questions from me . I would say that the
  3. My son bought a 2017 Silverware and wanted a set of lighted step Inserts for a gift. We bought them for him and trying to wire them. They have led lights for running, reverse and braking. Before I cut into wiring harness I see three wires to each of the tail light bulbs. the wire colors don't match the step lights wiring. Does any one have an idea of what to splice ?
  4. I know you can consider this to be dumb and dangerous, but i live in southern Mexico, and have to travel a lot at night. 2015 Chevrolet Silverado LS 1500 2WD, L83, 6L90. Long Story Short, i want to install a brake light/ tail light kill switch so i can drive through particularly dangerous zones minimizing the change of being followed. Anyone that can help me with that? Is there a way of installing a on-demand kill switch on a third gen, so i can drive only with my stock headlights? Thanks to anyone in advance
  5. Having issues with the right rear tail light. The wiring harness had a bad wire in it so instead of fixing it i replaced it, when i did that the lights on that side lit up like the brakes were on and the lights on the drivers side lit up normal when i started the truck. When I turn on the left blinker it works fine, when i turn on the right blinker the lights are normally bright and the left lights come on very dim but blink with the right, they also blink like there is a bulb out (very fast). I also replaced the block where all the harnesses meet bc it looked corroded and it was cheap.
  6. Hey Folks, I need a little help. Not a long time truck owner but my kid cracked one of my tail lights and I'm a little confused about what I'm reading with regard to a replacement. Specifically, I'm seeing stuff about not fitting with factory LED assemblies and such. Long story short, If I just want a straight replacement, what am I looking for? If I want LED, is that an issue and/or what does that entail? Thanks All
  7. Not sure if anybody is aware of this one. So, I got a 2003 Silverado 1500 LT ext. cab loaded. 168k miles. So I thought it's worth to fix all the minor and not so minor (shocks, control arms, tires ect.) things. Among others replaced the dulled out and cracked head and tail lights. Long story (not so) short. My cruise control stopped working. I new it worked when I got the truck. So, I hooked it up on my Tech2 for Win. No DTC's. Just one oddity. In the cruise control diagnostics it keeps showing stop light applied. Easy I thought and replaced the brake light switch even though it checked o
  8. I recently noticed my right rear turn signal blinking too fast. It only happens when i step on the brakes. I checked the bulbs and they are all fine. Also all three bulbs on the right side flash when the turn signal is on. What is wrong and how can i fix it?
