I want my next to be a RCSB 4x4. Want to copy a hummer build from another site. Custom subframe & arms, D60 center running GM HD CV shafts. GM HD rack cranking stock knuckles & unit bearings. Lockers both ends hooking up 35's. Who knows if it will ever happen. Any dumbass can do a SAS, doing an IFS setup that uses easy to find parts takes more thought. The inspiration has 10 inches of front travel, not bad.

Yeah I'll bet. Have drove cranked up pickups and would never do it to mine, rides smooth already and has as much clearance as it's going to get. I do have a couple raw spots on the "sliders" of my bumper but they'll buff.

It's not a latching issue, it latches tight without needing to slam the door. Sounds like the rattle is coming from the lower portion of the door. I thought it was the rear seat when I heard it driving, but then realized it gave off a "buzzing rattle" as I closed it. The rattle in the dash is more of a buzz too, starts when I give it a certain amount of throttle taking out. When it's colder it will do it over joints in the road as well. It may be the bracket in the dash. Neither of the noises is affected AT ALL by the radio, which I thought was interesting. The shaft issue I noticed hitting bumps turning, I realize it could be something else. Just a clunk when I hit a bump right.

Is it possible either of those are loading and unloading? I mean there's not a whole lot it could be.

I tried to track down my passenger suicide door "clunk/rattle" it gives when I close it or hit a big bump. Anyone else had this? Also need to look at my under dash rattle (only when cold) and I think I'm finally get some ISS clunk.

Does the lift have a support beam that runs back on the frame a ways? How about sway bar links?

Mark across the tread with chalk, take it for a spin. Let out air until the whole tire is getting contact.
