Hello everyone. I've finally got to pulling the box off my project. (2002 GMC Sonoma crew cab 4x4) It came off easy enough. I'm curious though People's opinion on restoring the box or should I just scrap it?. I got the patch panels, but once I pulled the slide in liner out of it and got it off the truck I noticed more rust holes in the floor along with one of the box mounts just stayed with the truck. I've finally got the engine and brake systems working decently again. whole new boxes are rare around here especially for the crew cab. Any one else just think I just drop it for scrap and pick up some metal to fab up a flat deck? I tried to add more pictures. But it won't let me. So there's that

This sounds like an awesome idea.. i wish i would have saw this when i wired in my heated wipers.. amp and temporary sub going in next week. Thanks all!
