  1. Boy Ohh boy do I miss that summer weather!
  2. I know this is a rwd setup, did you get new upper control arms or a new brakeline bracket as well or no?
  3. The day I bought the truck vs. after modifications. (I put the wheels and tires on yesterday)
  4. My wheels and tires are finally going to arrive in 2-3 weeks after my long wait since January will post pictures once put on, will do before and after
  5. That cover is awesome! Never saw one like that before
  6. Alrighty so I ended up throwing the 2.5 " level in the front but did not throw the 2" block in the back. The front sits 1" lower than the rear so it still has a small lean but not too noticeable. Still absolutely love how it looks and will probably add the 3" spindle lift at the end of summer once my tires and rims are on there.
  7. Ha I don't think there is ever such a thing as too much and I am actually about to begin "volunteer" work at my local fire station! But anyways 2 days til I have my level on, super excited and will post pics when finished
  8. That is still pretty cool though, a truck is a truck imo. I dont know much about lowered trucks so I figured I'd ask. If you go with the street truck idea, what all would you add/ upgrade? I'd figure that would cost a pretty penny.lol
  9. I'm going to try my best, I can never either though. I average a new car (not literally new, but different) 1 every 11 months so I'm trying to do my best to keep interest and do something I'm going to love. I'm putting on my 2.5 level so I force myself to narrow the choice to tire brand insteand of size as well. I absolutely love the truck I have now so I'm thinkin its a keeper, otherwise I wouldn't put any money into it. And is the 2/4 drop considered slamming it or is it just a little lower than stock?
  10. My tires are pretty much bare and cracked all along the side walls so its time for some new ones. And yea I know I absolutely want a 6" lift with 35's but I am not sure if this is the truck I want to do it to. I'm still in college so I got a lot of life ahead of me for a big ole truck. I have been going through that conscience battle though about lift and tire size.haha And Brandon I really like nitto's whole line of tires, never ran any of them myself but from the looks of it they are very durable tires with great performance reviews. I'm most likely going with the trail grappler buy I am still keeping an eye out for other tires til June when I go to purchase
  11. I am looking for anything at this point. Right now, I may be sticking with my level kit and 285/65/18 nitto trail grapplers. How much did those run you if you don't mind me asking? If I can find a good 33x12.5R18 tire then I would run that with the 2.5 level with 2" rear block (if it fits) haha. Some say it does with trimming. But for now I'm looking at tires between 33-35 inch tires. Sorry the message is all over the place
  12. You guys know anything from personal experience with federal couragia m/t tires? 35x12.5r18? I have read all sorts of reviews and people say the sidewalls crack and dry rot but when I talk to people personally they say the have no problems with them. So I'm getting mixed reviews...
  13. The rc kit I bought is a 2.5" up front with a 2" back block so that's perfect then! Sadly I won't have my new rims and tires until June though
  14. I just went out and measured and I'm at 37" in the front and 40" in the back. And yea my truck has the 1.25" rear block. I also have 275/70/17 tires so that may give me extra height if yours are smaller than that.
