  1. Hey Guys was under my truck today and noticed that the rear leaf spring clamps are missing from the leaf packs. Front of spring has a clamp Rear of spring no clamp Looked up a new spring on GM PARTS and the diagrams show the retainer clamps at both ends. Thinking this is a cause of axle wrap throwing the pinion angle out of whack. You guys with vibrations take a look and post up what you see. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  2. Could be. But it could also be driveshaft or the differential. Hopefully you have a good dealer that will work with you. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk

  9. So my vibrations come and go with temperature changes and bends in the road when traveling at 70 and above. I've noticed that the upper control arm bushings are pretty cracked. Had a 94 corvette that had same type of vibrations and bad bushings. Gonna bring this up next time I go in for another recall. Curious if any of you guys are seeing this? Oh yeah only 20000 miles on the clock. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk

  13. I have aftermarket exhaust and afm disabled and it still vibrates. Tech at the dealer said my exhaust was probably causing the vibration [emoji34] .....It vibrated with the stock exhaust also. Sent from my VS990 using Tapatalk
  14. I had the same thing on my 2014 Silverado dbl cab the whole column wiggled side to side. They ended up replacing the column and in the process scratched and dented my rear drivers door. So into the body shop after that [emoji34] sorry to say that didn't fix the vibration issue.
  15. Check out this video on you tube, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEH-xRUaAos I wonder how bad his vibes were before it twisted apart?
  16. Hey guys been following this thread for a while. I've got a 2014 Silverado dbl cab lt z71 with the 70+ shakes. I recently picked up some wheels and tires on the internet went from the 18's to 20's well that was a mistake cause the shakes got worse. So I take it to the dealer for wheel alignment and road force the tires on my dime. Service writer asks me if I was having any problems and I. Explained the tire purchase and that I had vibrations and a slight pull to the left at highway speeds. So the tech does the job and then tells the service writer that the shakes are caused by my after market exhaust! Really......ugh! So long story longer. I was checking things in the front end and saw the upper control arm bushings are all cracked. This can't be normal with only 13000 miles. I know if I take it back they'll say it was caused by my level kit. Any thoughts?
  17. Hey Kennydor glad you got it fixed so which piece of the puzzle was the one that cured the shake? Thanks!
