Rattling sound from engine/transmission
BO TIE 1 replied to cgalpha08's topic in Troubleshooting & Recalls
Could possibly be coming from the torque converter. Check the trans fluid for any metal shavings in the fluid. Do you have a check engine light on? -

If you use Amazon just type in tpms sensor for 2018 Silverado in the search bar and all options will come up. It will say if it fits your vehicle.

2014 Silverado LT headlights and taillights not working
BO TIE 1 replied to 95_togo's topic in Troubleshooting & Recalls
Check the fuse in the underhood fuse box. Drl has it's own fuse. -
Right you change the whole valve. You only have to break the valve side of the tire down. If you don't rotate the tire on the rim no need to rebalance.

Battery is about dead. I change these on my vehicles myself, pretty simple to do. Go on Amazon and order some new ones you can get them for around $20 - $30 for four. They are vehicle specific so make sure you get the right ones. You'll also need the relearn tool usually about $10.

2015 gmc serria 1500 no functions on the dash work

Sounds like something got shorted in the battery distribution block if it wasn't hooked up correctly. -
To reset the radio in a 2018 Silverado, press and hold the "Home" button on the radio screen for approximately 10 seconds; this should initiate a reset of the infotainment system, including the radio settings. Key points to remember: Locate the "Home" button: This is usually a prominent button on the radio screen. Hold the button: Press and hold the "Home" button firmly for at least 10 seconds. Observe the screen: The radio display might go blank momentarily while resetting.

If you have or know anyone with a Go pro camera attach it under the truck and see if you can pin point it. -

Is it a 4 wheel? If so have you changed transfer case fluid and front diff oil? -

That sounds like something grinding. Have you looked at the brake pads? On my 2018 Silverado I had to change out all the brake pads at 32,000 miles. All the inner pads were worn down to metal. Outer pads were barely worn. -
Electrical issue with rear passenger door
BO TIE 1 replied to Everett German's topic in Troubleshooting & Recalls
Check the wiring. I saw some where where the wiring is to short and after awhile it breaks. I think that was a front door though. -
The extra plug is probably for the cooled seat. Not sure how you would bypass that. Sorry.

Did the check engine light come on? If I were to make a guess I'd say the torque converter took a dump.
