Post your vin to confirm but it's possible just the brightness is turned all the way down OR its moved out of your field of view.

So just a heads up since we are still the only place that sells you brand new modules at dealer cost with full GM warranty for this upgrade the prices are starting to creep up on both modules again due to inflation. Correct as of this time there is no way to upgrade the IOR to anything that will function as if it were factory so we are not offering anything.

^ what he said. Have been waiting to test something that hopefully will work its been a bit challenging with the difference in bus standards between the vehicles that got 10" units and our trucks.
